The room was clean. It was also quiet, which helped for online meetings. Additional items like slippers and bottled water were quickly provided with a simple request. The receptionist gave me a city view room and other front office team members were helpful when I extended my visit.

The room lacked cutlery. I was charged extra when I requested a spoon. I found this unreasonable. The western breakfast options were not to my liking. The sausages seemed heavily processed.

I stayed for several nights and found the location convenient for accessing the metro. The proximity to the Gold Souk and other local attractions was a definite plus. Housekeeping services were excellent, and I want to especially thank NUR ALAM for their dedicated service. I will return!!!

The location is very convenient. It is directly connected to the metro station, made traveling around easy. I found the hotel staff to be very helpful. They assisted me with directions and information about local attractions (especially the Gold Souk). The hotel also offers a shuttle service to the beach.
The room size was smaller than I expected. There was no swimming pool available at the hotel. I did experience a minor issue with the shower. The temperature fluctuated (it would switch off sometimes).
